Sponsors' Networking Lunch

An alcohol-free event held at Mount Cotton, Queensland, on Thursday, 26 November 2009, brought together sponsors of Fatality Free Friday to review 2009 and look forward to the event in 2010.

The lunch was attended by Fatality Free Friday patron Bev Brock who spoke about her work in the road safety field and her personal experiences.

Guests also heard from FFF founder Russell White who surprised master of ceremonies Greg Cary of 4BC with the inaugural Founders Award.

Russell also recognised the contributions of the event's sponsors. Prior to the lunch, Russell White hosted a round table discussion with key sponsors and supporters to discuss new programs and initiatives for 2010.

Guests enjoyed lunch, a road safety panel Q&A and the unveiling of an Australian-first driving simulator for learner and fleet drivers.
