Programs and Visits for Schools

Though the week leading up to Fatality Free Friday is a highlighted as a time to really push home the road safety message, any time of year is a good time to encourage good road safety practices among young people.

Fatality Free Friday provides materials for download and use in schools, and may also be able to provide guest speakers under certain circumstances. Please contact us for details.

Fatality Free Friday recognises that we are all road users, whether drivers, riders or pedestrians.

Young people especially need strong road safety messages that are reinforced with positive encouragement as they grow from children, for whom streets often, by necessity, double as playgrounds, to young adults taking to the roads as motor vehicle drivers for the first time.
